My mantra to life.

Today I pulled my first real harvest from the garden. The ripe tomatoes were the indicator. Seeing them reminded me of my mom's garden. She grew the absolute best tomatoes I have ever tasted. I wish to grow a garden as fabulous as her some day.

Kale

Zucchini

Cucumber

Tomatoes

Green Bean

Breakfast Radish

Basil

What else is there to do but drink wine and make a pasta primavera?!

In a cast iron skillet - toss cherry tomatoes with finely grated garlic, olive oil and salt. Roast in the oven until the tomatoes have burst.
